As many of you may have already noticed, Qualtrics, one of the district's wellness screening applications is experiencing some technical difficulties today. Reports of unexpected emails, late notification, and multiple notifications have been reported.
Student wellness screenings are no longer completed through Qualtrics, so feel free to disregard any emails you receive for your students from Qualtrics. The district is continuing to use Skyward screening for students.
Qualtrics is continuing their work to correct the issue.

Due to capacity limitations, in-person seats will be limited to 20. If capacity is reached for the library, an additional overflow area will be available on site. If you will be attending onsite, please plan to complete the "In-person Meeting Screener" prior to entering. You can complete it ahead of time or upon arrival. The screening must be complete before entering either the in-person meeting in the library or the overflow room.
